About

Lisa Madkins is a graduate of Baylor University School of Law and has been serving clients at the Law Offices of Brady Pendleton since 2021. Her practice focuses on family law and criminal defense, where she brings both strength and compassion to the courtroom.

A former felony prosecutor, Lisa is well-versed in the complexities of the justice system. She currently serves as a court-appointed advocate in various roles—including juvenile cases, guardian ad litem, attorney ad litem, and criminal defense—stepping in wherever she’s needed most.

Rooted in Eastern European heritage and fluent in Romanian, Lisa was inspired early on by her grandfather, a retired Romanian judge. Her unwavering pursuit of justice was deeply personal, especially after the tragic loss of her brother in 2007 which fuels her dedication to guiding others through their most challenging times.

Lisa is known for being fearless, knowledgeable, and fiercely honest. She’s not just an advocate—she’s someone who will always tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear.

Beyond the courtroom, Lisa is a devoted wife to Jason and a proud mother to their curly-haired, blue-eyed son, Christian.
